Project Overview

Shivaangan Tirupati embodies the individuality and aspirations of its owner through a design that balances modernity with tradition. The residence spans 5000 sq. ft. and was envisioned as a timeless home defined by simplicity, comfort, and minimalism. Neutral tones of browns, greys, and whites form the interior shell, while carefully curated soft furnishings, art, and décor introduce warmth and vibrancy.

Design Philosophy

The layout follows an open floor plan, enhancing flow and reducing clutter, with the bottom level accommodating living, dining, and kitchen areas, and the upper floors comprising three spacious en suite bedrooms. A key highlight is the extensive use of wood and veneer, paired with brass inlays and metal details, creating a refined contrast between natural warmth and contemporary sophistication.

Furnishings and textures—ranging from vibrant fabrics to smooth PU finishes and concrete textures with brass leaf motifs—enrich the visual and tactile experience. The result is a home that feels energetic, inviting, and deeply personal, reflecting the client’s own words: “I want my home to be a reflection of me.”
